Your Role

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will:

• Configure and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Intune, Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), Purview, and other Microsoft technologies based on customer requirements.
• Manage Microsoft 365 projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and customers to design, configure, and deploy secure Microsoft 365 environments.
• Provide technical guidance and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot configuration and deployment issues while ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
• Produce accurate technical documentation, implementation guides, and project deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer environments and recommend additional Microsoft 365 solutions where appropriate.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge by staying current with Microsoft technologies and best practices.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), and Microsoft Purview.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 implementation or migration projects from end to end.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with non-technical customers.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 administration or security.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Microsoft security and compliance solutions.
• Strong project management and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and additional Microsoft solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
