Responsible for Telecom communication engineering construction company sourcing, certification
Responsible for the engineering project delivery process of subcontractors management: including POs, settlement and payment, problem handling, etc.
Ensure the enough subcontractor teams resource for Project implementation

Requirements:

Familiar with the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing;
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage resources and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery;
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex project scenarios;
Experience in coordinating with government or relevant authorities is a plus.
