Job Description
- Manages the day to day pre-selling activities for generating sales revenues from new business acquisition through an efficient and effective pipeline management program and client engagement monitoring
- Ensures compliance to defined processes in securing new accounts including profiling for eligibility.
- Submits and ensures completeness of all submitted required documents for account closing.
- Submits and defends requests for ex-gratia claims of clients to the immediate superior.
- Ensures and monitors compliance of team members with regards to completion of KYC requirements of accounts. Reports of which are to be submitted to the BDM
- Ensures overall management of renewing accounts from handling concerns to analysis of renewal recommendations.
- Manages assigned Intermediaries by conducting regular meeting which includes pipeline management, concerns of accounts and updates on policies and general matters.
- Ensures accomplishment of designated special project set on the onset of the year.
