Job Description

Working behind the scenes in our manufacturing plant, Technical On-the-Job Trainees are vital to the success of our business at P&G. We make, pack and deliver high quality products to our customers at the right time, right place and right quantity. As a Technical On-the-Job Trainee, you will learn how to keep production lines flowing, meeting performance goals and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. You will undergo a technical training program where you will focus on skills qualification, and line operations and maintenance mastery.

Meaningful work from Day 1

We do various types of work, including running high-speed converting and packing equipment, controlling the process from a computer terminal, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment. From the beginning, you will experience getting involved, impacting situations and influencing business-related problems.

Job Qualifications

We believe you are going to be an excellent fit here if:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree on Industrial Technology (Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics Technology, Electronics Technology, Utilities Technology, Machine Shop Technology) or equivalent technical/vocational courses
• You are willing to work on a shifting schedule (if allowed by the school)
• You display strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
• You have good oral and written communication skill, and good computer literacy
