Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for Sr. Manufacturing Systems Developer who shall be responsible for the following:

Main Responsibilities

I. Data Analytics & Reporting (Power BI)

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into effective data models and visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliable refresh schedules.
• Define and monitor key metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
  

• Build and manage automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 and external systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot flows to ensure stability and performance.
  
  

• Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps.
• Integrate Power Apps with Power Automate, SharePoint, and external data sources.
• create responsive, user-friendly interfaces to improve user experience.
  
  

• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
• Manage, secure, and maintain MS SQL databases.
• Support efficient data access in collaboration with application developers.
  
  

• Develop backend services and automation scripts for data processing and transformation.
• Create custom tools to address operational or data-related process gaps.
• Integrate Python-based solutions with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
  
  

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT and operations.
• Document solutions, architectures, and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Provide user support and training as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, automation, or application development.
• Proven expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation).
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate for process automation
• Experience developing applications using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps integrated with Microsoft 365 or external data sources.
• Strong MS SQL skills, including database design and query optimization.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, data processing, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Service, including workspace management, gateway setup, and row-level security.
• Proven ability to automate end-to-end business processes using Power Automate, including approval workflows, document handling, and integration with SharePoint or Dynamics 365.
• Experience designing and building custom business applications using Power Apps, including form-based and canvas apps integrated with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or external data sources.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing data structures, including machine data, production logs, MES/SCADA systems, and ERP data flows.
• Proficiency in Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, or PyMySQL for data processing and automation.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines across diverse data sources.
