About the role:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the entire Test maintenance technical support system, machine area performance in terms of OEE, delivery and quality performance.
In this role you will lead a team of 4 Engineer’s and 28 Technicians across all groups and oversee the daily machine performance. You are responsible for executing plans and strategy to deliver results. You are responsible for driving machine improvement and performance, managing people development. Close coordination for other support system and cross functional team.
This is your new job:
Your core mission is to maximize equipment uptime, ensure workspace safety, and minimize operational costs through efficient resource allocation.
Track equipment performance metrics like mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR) to optimize operations.
Developing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and supervising technical teams to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespans
Design and implement routine inspection schedules to prevent major machinery breakdowns.
Drive OEE improvements for MC efficiency, downtime reduction and deliver results against target.
The position carries both disciplinary and functional leadership of <20 employees across all groups and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and procedural requirements across all managed areas.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborating with Engineering Support.
Set team goals, evaluate performance, and provide technical guidance.
This is you:
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Operation environments, preferably within large, complex organizations, experience in Test Semiconductor Manufacturing advantageous.
People Management and Leadership experience in cross-functional environments, preferably through managing a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and tailor communication towards diverse audiences, as well as foster cross-departmental teamwork.
In-depth expertise in Test processed and equipment.
Proven ability to think creatively and challenge existing approaches to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
Proven ability to balance competing priorities, manage complex workstreams and deliver on commitments in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation and data analytical skills ( ex:PowerBI, SQL, Spotfire)
