Finance and accounting Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  
  

• Minimum of 15 years experience across Accounting and Finance, with strong focus on regulatory and statutory compliance.
• At least 10 years in leadership and people management roles, preferably within the Japanese electronics or semiconductor industry.
  
  

• Proficient in computer-based accounting and financial systems, preferably MSD 365
• Able to collaborate effectively with peers across different departments
• Experienced in preparing comparative analysis and management reports
• Capable of recommending effective solutions to issues and operational challenges
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting concepts to non-accountants
• Confident in delivering presentations to cross-functional teams
• Knowledgeable in regulatory and statutory requirements affecting accounting operations in a manufacturing company.
