Sumitomo Electric USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Laguna, Philippines. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, screen and coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Psychology, 1-3 years in TA, and hands-on ATS and MS Office experience. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
