Bancassurance Sales Executive

Work Setup: On-Site | Monday to Friday

Location: Mindanao (Davao, Koronodal City, Butuan, Bislig, Camiguin, Misamis Oriental, Marawi City, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify sales opportunities by reaching out to new leads, expanding your network, and asking for referrals.
• Provide financial solutions by presenting products clearly and matching them to clients needs.
• Develop strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and supporting clients for the long term.
• Achieve sales targets by staying focused on goals and earning performance-based rewards.
• Share market insights by providing feedback and reports to help the team grow.
  
  
  

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in pharmaceuticals, banking, or financial services.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
