About The Role

As a Project Coordinator you will support Project Managers and the Portfolio in the delivery of engineering, manufacturing and outage projects; and support process improvements across the Portfolio.

You will report to the Senior Project Portfolio Manager and be located at the Burlington, Ontario, office. This is a hybrid role. Employees working in hybrid roles are expected to work onsite 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project actions and follow up with owners to ensure completion
• Monitor and update progress of project schedule and resource demand forecasting
• Review project cost reports, monitoring of budgets and Indicators to identify actions
• Maintain project documentation following contract and quality assurance requirements
• Produce internal and external project status reports
• Collect, input and organise project data from multiple sources, including documentation and distribution of project meeting minutes
• Travel to customer and other office locations
  
  

Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years experience in similar role or experience in engineering, manufacturing or project management through a combination of work and study
• Bachelors degree – Engineering or Project Management field or similar
  
  

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $62,000 to $78,000 per year.
