Responsibilities

• Monitor shift output requirement from his team
• Handles direct communication with associates on all instructions and targets for cascade to the team
• Leads direction of the allocation team and supports all DHL global, regional, and country initiatives
• Gives feedback on concerns and issues encountered by the allocation team
• Ensure implementation of DHL operational policies and procedures
• Participates actively in performance dialogs and provide individual feedback to his team
• The Picker ensures that all items for picking are picked base on SOPs and WI accurately in good condition and on time
  
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• With or Without experience in warehousing.
• Can work in a warehouse environment that involves heavy lifting and manual labor
• Can communicate in all levels of the organization and a Team Player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to productivity standards.
• Willing to be assigned in Northpoint 2, Bustos, Bulacan
