Visual Display And Design Officer - SM City Baliwag

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Display Officer to lead the development and execution of engaging visual concepts that enhance the mall experience and strengthen the SM Supermalls brand. The role is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining the overall design aesthetics of the mall while ensuring that all visual displays, décor, and installations are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop creative visual display ideas that support marketing campaigns, mall events, and brand objectives.
• Prepare design presentations, layouts, space plans, and visual renderings for mall projects and installations.
• Manage end-to-end execution of décor, props, signages, and display installations, including fabrication, ingress, and egress activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project implementation and workflow management.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and budget utilization to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, pre-operating requirements, and special project expenditures.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and maintenance of visual display materials, assets, and supplies.
• Ensure proper organization, documentation, and housekeeping of the Visual Display office, workshop, and storage areas.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and best practices to continuously improve the mall’s visual presentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or any related design field.
• Strong background in visual merchandising, display design, space planning, and project management.
• Proficient in design and illustration software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other 3D rendering applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Amenable to flexible schedules.
