Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and proactive talent sourcing.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and provide market insights and recruitment strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, managing interview logistics, and keeping accurate recruitment records and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
