Key Responsibilities
Upskilling and Capability Development
Design and implement upskilling programs to enhance recruiters' sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives based on identified development needs.
Assess recruiter competencies and identify skill gaps through performance reviews, quality audits, and operational metrics.
Develop learning materials, job aids, guides, and best-practice resources to support continuous learning.
Introduce advanced recruitment techniques, market trends, and industry best practices to elevate recruiter performance.
Quality Assurance and Call Monitoring
Monitor and evaluate recruiter calls, interviews, and candidate interactions to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Conduct quality audits and provide structured feedback to improve recruiter effectiveness.
Analyze call quality trends and identify opportunities for individual and team development.
Maintain quality scorecards and performance reports.
Coaching and Performance Enhancement
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on skill development, behavioral improvement, and performance enhancement.
Provide actionable feedback and coaching plans based on quality evaluations and recruitment metrics.
Support recruiters in overcoming challenges related to candidate engagement, communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Track coaching outcomes and measure improvements in recruiter performance.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze recruitment KPIs, quality scores, and hiring outcomes to identify training opportunities.
Partner with Recruitment Managers and Team Leaders to develop strategies that improve recruiter productivity and hiring success.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and operational excellence within the Recruitment Team.
Recommend and implement initiatives that strengthen recruitment capabilities and support organizational hiring goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Learning and Development, Training, Quality Assurance, or Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing recruitment professionals.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and performance management capabilities.
