Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions.
- Source, screen, and assess qualified technical candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality of hire.
- Must have proven experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT and technical roles.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
