QAQC Architect

QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Reviews QAQC documents, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection request, Non-conformance report (NCR), and all other QAQC related documents
• Attends QAQC meetings, seminars, workshop, training and orientation to ensure that the methodologies are updated
• Regular checking of delivered materials on site
• Reviewing of plans and specification to be aligned to project requirements.
• Prepares logbook of Work Inspection Request (WIR) status for proper monitoring
• Prepares scrum and wrap for monitoring of accomplished daily activities.
  
  

• Regular site monitoring to check if the activity is aligned to the Quality Management Systme (QMS)
• Conducts regular site mock up demo for the subcontractors and operations
• Issuance of Non-Compliance Report (NCR) to maintain the standard quality implemented on site
• Regular inspections of ongoing activities to minimize possible errors
  
  

• Recommends and evaluates subcontractors' work based on quality standard implemented on site.
• Regular issuance of works not aligned to the standard quality.
  
  

• Prepares necessary documents for close out of Non - Conformance Report (NCR), Quality Observation Report (QOR)
• Prepares weekly reports not limited to non-compliance.
• Preparing logbook for inspected areas
• Progress billing preparation in coordination with Archiwall plant engineer.
