Job Description
- Ensures all store facilities and equipment of the building are in good working conditions at all times.
- Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Communicates with supervisory personnel to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance & safety
- Respond to tenant and customer needs regarding technical matters.
- Attends to lessees complaints or requests on maintenance services.
- Supervises closely all contractual agency workers and other maintenance service contractors.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- At least 6 months and up working experience in the related field specializing in building/facility management.
- Newly licensed engineers are welcome to apply
- Must have good technical and management skills & deep understanding in mall/retail industry is a plus.
- Willing to work on Saturdays and Holidays.
