The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the organizations human resources functions to support operational efficiency and workforce development. This role manages end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training and development, and labor relations, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in general HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, and labor relations.
Minimum of 5 years in a people management or leadership role, with experience supervising HR teams.
Preferably with experience in the logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR programs that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, training and development, and labor relations.
Oversee workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives to ensure the organization attracts and retains qualified personnel for operational and support roles.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Manage employee relations and labor concerns, ensuring fair and consistent handling of disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace investigations.
Supervise and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure effective service delivery.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies while maintaining proper HR documentation and reporting.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and retention, particularly in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business needs and operational requirements.
Oversee HR metrics, reports, and workforce data to support management decision-making and organizational planning.
