As the Fulfillment Warehouse Supervisor, you will s upervise and support the daily operations of the fulfillment warehouse by overseeing Warehouse Associates and ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant execution of direct fulfillment processes, including storage/put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
Main Duties
Supervise Warehouse Associates overseeing different fulfillment processes (storage/put-away, pick and pack, shipping).
Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to associates and warehouse staff.
Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of fulfillment staff.
Coordinate with Warehouse Associates to monitor inventory movements and workflow.
Circulate throughout the department to support staff, resolve issues, and maintain effective employee relations.
Ensure accurate and compliant inventory control, including warehouse transactions and cycle counts.
Support the Fulfillment Warehouse Manager in implementing inventory corrective actions when discrepancies are identified.
Support the preparation and tracking of fulfillment performance reports.
Provide ongoing training to Warehouse Associates on warehouse processes, SOPs, and safety protocols.
Promote cross-training and skill development to ensure workforce flexibility.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager, Account Management, Deputy Head of Fulfillment Operations, or Fulfillment Unit Head.
Qualifications
BS/BA Degree in any field
2–3 years cumulative work experience in warehousing and fulfillment operations.
Preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industry.
Hands-on experience in warehouse operations management, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
Experience in setting up, scaling, or improving warehouse operations is a plus.
Familiarity with operational KPIs such as Order Dispatch Rate, Same Day Fulfillment Rate, and Inventory Accuracy.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Tagalog.
Adaptable and quick learner, capable of embracing new systems and processes.
