Job Description

Assist in performing specific task/job order assigned to both in-house and field work pertaining to overhaulin, installation, pre-delivery / post-delivery inspection.

Conducts product field demonstrations, seminar & training for proper operation and maintenance of Kubota products

Maintain workshop tools and equipments inventory.

Performs and Implements 5S on a daily basis

Follow Company And Other Governmental Safety Policies And Guidelines

Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the company (Global Quest).

Accurately record and process Delivery Instructions (DI), Periodic Maintenance Schedules (PMS), and Warranty Claim Reports (WCR) submitted by dealers through the Dealer Management System (DMS).

Ensure all service-related data in the DMS are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Process dealer incentive claims for DI, PMS, and warranty labor on a monthly basis.

Collect and encode Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) reports into the database.

Conduct Customer Satisfaction (CS) Surveys with customers.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
