Junior Investment / Construction Project Manager

What tasks await you?

You can contribute to the preparation, design and implementation of our large-scale investments:

• design management
• preparing summaries of project meetings
• managing and supporting project administration
• participation in meetings and discipline coordination sessions, and documenting them
• continuous review of technical content, proposing solutions for non-conformities and corrections
• maintaining contact with the client, specialist colleagues, designers and contractors
• technical and cost control of changes during construction
• participation in resolving technical issues
• on-site coordination and supervision of general contractors involved in the project
• technical supervision of the building construction project

What we expect from you:

• higher education degree in architecture or civil engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in project delivery or general design roles
• confident knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• confident English language skills

It is an advantage if you:

• have worked with MS Project or similar project management software
• have previous experience in general contracting or general design
