E-commerce Product Owner - Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover)

What you’ll be doing:

• Gather business and stakeholder requirements — from end-users to delivery teams
• Proactively propose new or improved requirements to meet strategic objectives
• Collaborate on prioritization with stakeholders and co-create a roadmap to deliver value
• Define and document detailed requirements for Agile delivery teams, ensuring incremental value
• Measure and analyze value delivered, aligned with team goals and Agile best practices
• Work closely with Agile teams, fellow Product Owners, and business partners to align product delivery
• Identify and help remove blockers to ensure team success
• Own the product vision, roadmap, planning, and growth opportunities
• Keep product plans and calendars updated and use them as a strategic communication tool
• Partner with the Scrum Master to manage team capacity and ensure Agile practices are respected
• Manage backlog, iterations, and end-user action plans
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders when challenges arise
  
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product and/or Project Management roles (including Product Owner experience)
• Experience in e-commerce is a strong advantage
• Strong English skills (advanced level)
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to think clearly and quickly understand complex processes
• A digital mindset and passion for innovation
