What you’ll be doing:
Gather business and stakeholder requirements — from end-users to delivery teams
Proactively propose new or improved requirements to meet strategic objectives
Collaborate on prioritization with stakeholders and co-create a roadmap to deliver value
Define and document detailed requirements for Agile delivery teams, ensuring incremental value
Measure and analyze value delivered, aligned with team goals and Agile best practices
Work closely with Agile teams, fellow Product Owners, and business partners to align product delivery
Identify and help remove blockers to ensure team success
Own the product vision, roadmap, planning, and growth opportunities
Keep product plans and calendars updated and use them as a strategic communication tool
Partner with the Scrum Master to manage team capacity and ensure Agile practices are respected
Manage backlog, iterations, and end-user action plans
Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders when challenges arise
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Product and/or Project Management roles (including Product Owner experience)
Experience in e-commerce is a strong advantage
Strong English skills (advanced level)
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to think clearly and quickly understand complex processes
A digital mindset and passion for innovation
