Job Description
As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Brand Manager will act as the true owner of his brand, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Define and lead the brand strategy to drive sustainable growth and market share
Translate consumer and market insights into impactful marketing plans
Manage product launches and innovations from concept to in-market execution
Develop and execute 360° campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, in-store activation)
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution and visibility at retail level
Monitor brand performance (Nielsen, market data, ROI) and optimize accordingly
Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
Lead and develop junior team members or cross-functional project teams
The Successful Applicant
5-8+ years of experience in Brand Management within FMCG
Strong track record in driving brand growth and innovation launches
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
