We are a seeking a bright, forward thinking, deadline driven and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This is a part-time role - scheduled for approximately 24 hours per week.

The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers through offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization – this includes skilled trades, administrative and professional level recruitments
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through HRIS Job Posting system (Paylocity), LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
• Counsel hiring managers through the offer process, giving guidance on compensation levels as needed
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
• Experience with HRIS recruitment modules – Paylocity preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
