Role Purpose

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial role in the team that performs the daily operations of the Nexon warehouse. This isnt your typical warehouse role as you will be involved in many varied activities including receiving of shipments, shipping goods to customer sites, inventory management, and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management:

  • Participate in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and order/project fulfillment.
  • Timely receipt, storage, and retrieval of goods, maintaining proper documentation and records.
  • Assist with regular stock takes
  • Capitalise on your IT/Telco industry exposure and product knowledge
  • Stock movement (LF Forklift)
  • Monitor stock levels with a view to replenishing inventory as needed to meet demand and minimise stockouts.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations

System and Process Improvement:

  • Utilise warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software to optimize warehouse operations - follow the processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy - help us to work smarter.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve inventory control, and enhance customer service - be a team player.
  • Participate in available training to help move your career in the direction that you choose

Experience & Knowledge

  • Computer literacy is vital to our warehouse people as you will be required to use a variety of PC based applications. Proficiency in the Office 365 (O365) suite of applications is required and sound knowledge of MS Excel will set you up for success
  • Forklift license and experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently, or ability to acquire license and skills.
  • Understanding of or ability to understand WMS/CRM computer applications
  • Cert II/III in Warehousing would be ideal - it may be something that you would like to work towards

  • While warehouse knowledge and experience are important, more important is your ability to adapt and learn and follow new processes.
  • Understanding of inventory/stock control principles and a willingness to learn and support existing stock control methods and processes
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
