IT Support Medewerker

Als IT Support Medewerker help je samen met een andere IT support collega al je collegas met IT-vragen. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Aalten en staat klaar voor ruim 300 medewerkers van Sanovo en ons moederbedrijf Thornico (waar bijvoorbeeld ook het sportmerk Hummel onder valt.) Jouw werkdag is afwisselend en geen dag is hetzelfde.

Wat ga je doen?

• Support: Je biedt 1e, 2e én eventueel 3e lijns support. Komen jullie er niet uit? Dan staat er een team van gespecialiseerde IT-experts in Denemarken voor je klaar
• Werkplekbeheer: Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen kan werken. Denk hierbij aan de installatie en het dagelijkse beheer van laptops, telefoons en andere apparatuur.
• Systeem- en netwerkbeheer: Support houdt ons netwerk draaiende! Je beheert onder andere de wifi, switches, access points en file servers. Ook hier kan je rekenen op de ondersteuning waar nodig.
• Projecten: We staan altijd open voor frisse ideeën. Je krijgt de kans om diverse verbeterprojecten op te pakken, zodat we samen de IT-afdeling naar een hoger niveau kunnen tillen.
  
  

Wat bieden wij?

• Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.700,- en € 4.500,-, uiteraard passend bij jouw opgebouwde kennis en ervaring.
• Flexibele werktijden: je kunt dagelijks starten tussen 7:00 en 9:00.

Wie ben jij?

• Iemand met een MBO 3 of 4 opleiding in de richting van IT of vergelijkbaar
• Iemand met werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol
• Je bent servicegericht, werkt lekker gestructureerd en kan prio’s bepalen
• Ervaring met Topdesk, Citrix en Microsoft is absoluut een mooie pre
• Iemand die de Nederlandse én Engelse taal beheerst, zodat je o.a. moeiteloos kunt schakelen met je collegas in Denemarken.
