What You Will Do

• You will develop high-quality technical documentation, including user documentation, API documentation, release notes, and troubleshooting topics, reporting to the VP, Product Management, Platform Services & Monitor
• You will work with different teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
• You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, and accessible content for a range of audiences, including developers, system administrators, and security professionals
• You will participate in product planning and design discussions to advocate for documentation best practices and ensure documentation requirements are considered early in the development process
• You will improve documentation processes to refine content creation, review, and publication workflows
• You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical writing, documentation tools, and information architecture
  
  
  

What You Will Bring With You

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown and version control systems (GitHub)
• Experience with the docs-as-code workflow
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (such as GCP, AWS, and Azure) and containerization technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to use AI/ML tools
• Familiarity with CSS and Python scripting would be a plus
