As Director of Operations you will guide our Bogotá Quality Verification & Standards (QVS) team, partnering with global and local leaders to shape the future of interactive entertainment. You will report to the Director, Location Operations and work with us to promote creativity, belonging, and measurable progress across our iconic franchises. Responsibilities

  • You will serve as a senior QVS leader based in Bogota, working with EAs center of excellence locations, partnering with global and local management to translate talent and execution priorities into outcome-driven plans for EA Sports FC, Madden NFL, The Sims, Battlefield, and Apex Legends. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of franchise priorities and support site-wide quality of delivery across all projects.
  • You will partner with Location Operations to ensure priorities are aligned and studio needs are met.
  • You will act as the escalation point for delivery, people, and performance risks across all QVS-supported franchises, ensuring accountability and clarity for 200+ team members.
  • You will design and own structured onboarding and leadership development programs for new QVS leaders and managers, collaborating with HR partners and talent acquisition teams to improve coaching quality, succession planning, and to understand emerging talent needs in alignment with global franchise requirements.
  • You will promote consistent application of global QVS standards and quality frameworks, providing steady leadership presence during periods of growth and organizational change. You will work closely with global franchise teams to anticipate and address evolving talent and quality needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience leading quality assurance, quality verification, or operations teams in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industry.
  • Experience creating and executing leadership development strategies, onboarding programs, and succession plans for teams of 100+ employees.
  • Experience guiding teams through organizational change, with measurable results in performance visibility and engagement metrics.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
