Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators in Spain and Portugal.
• Manage ongoing relationships with active affiliates, ensuring engagement and performance.
• Analyze performance metrics per affiliate (CPA, EPC, CR, traffic quality, FTDs).
• Optimize campaigns together with affiliates to maximize conversions and deposit quality.
• Identify new niches, partner profiles, and growth opportunities within the affiliate ecosystem in Spain and Portugal.
  
  

Role MissionDevelop, manage, and scale the affiliate network across Spain and Portugal, maximizing campaign performance and ensuring sustainable revenue growth through acquisition, retention, and performance partner optimization strategies.

🛠️ Must have

• Experience in iGaming, affiliation, or digital performance marketing.
• Experience managing affiliate portfolios or performance partnerships.
• Knowledge of affiliate metrics: CPA, EPC, CR, LTV, FTD quality.
• Spanish native or fluent — you will communicate daily with partners in Spain and LATAM.
• Portuguese intermediate or advanced — required for the Portuguese market.
• Commercial profile with capacity to negotiate commission models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in affiliate platforms and tracking tools (pixel, postback/S2S, attribution).
  
  

✅ Nice to have

• Previous experience in the Spanish or Portuguese iGaming regulated markets.
• English intermediate or advanced.
• Knowledge of CRM and analytics tools.
• Established network of affiliates or publishers in Spain and/or Portugal.
