Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Insights Analyst supports commercial decision‑making by delivering clear, actionable consumer and shopper insights. Working closely with the Commercial Insights Manager, the role translates data into simple narratives that strengthen channel strategies, customer plans, and execution performance.
Your Impact
Translate consumer, shopper, and marketplace data into clear, actionable insights that guide commercial planning and decision‑making.
Support channel and customer strategies by generating insights on missions, behaviors, opportunities, and growth drivers.
Build and deliver SOM narratives, tailored to regional execution, supporting plan makers
Evaluate in‑store and digital execution performance, identifying drivers of conversion and opportunities to improve execution quality into SOM
Integrate multiple data sources into simple, compelling stories to support senior‑level conversations and strategic forums.
Embed a consumer‑ and shopper‑first mindset within commercial teams, fostering better decision‑making.
Collaborate with external agencies and data partners to manage studies, ensure quality delivery, and connect technical outputs to commercial needs.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Fast learner: ability to learn and apply learnings into business narratives.
Ability to influence strategic agendas and drive impactful business narratives.
At least 4-5 year-expertise on theoretical and practical knowledge in quantities and qualitative research tools, statistics, sensorial analysis techniques. Trade MKT, DX &
RGM background are a plus.
Advanced English (written and reading skills).
Ability to propose solutions, creative pathways for problem solving
Ability to adjust to multiple and different agendas: Consumer, Shopper and DX
Advanced skills to navigate in the organization and connect with multiple partners
Curiosity as a central behavior to drive change and impact into our business.
