As Expert Scientific Writer HEVA within our Scientific Communications Team, you’ll create HEVA communication deliverables (including manuscripts, posters, abstracts, slide decks) aligned with HEVA strategy and global HEVA communication plan across relevant business units and product teams.

Main Responsibilities

Create HEVA communication deliverables (manuscripts, posters, abstracts, slide decks).
Develop complex and highly specialized HEVA publications independently, with minimal or no supervision.
Develop complex publication materials.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert in medical communication for the assigned therapeutic area.
Support the scientific communication team with comprehensive publication‑needs analysis.
Provide scientific guidance and coaching to both junior and senior HEVA writers, reviewing and ensuring the quality of their deliverables.
Manage HEVA communication processes, templates, and materials aligned with the Core Value Dossier, US AMCP Dossier, and other relevant submissions.
Collaborate with regional vendors to deliver required outputs following established processes.
Contribute to HEVA communication plans, ensuring evidence needs for healthcare decision-makers are identified, prioritized, and integrated with clinical and health‑economic evidence.

About You

Experience: 5 years of experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, or academia. Relevant experience in health economics, public health, epidemiology, or other relevant health-related scientific discipline.
Soft skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Technical skills: Knowledge of Good Publication Practice.
Education: Degree in life sciences/pharmacy or similar discipline is highly desirable.
Languages: Advanced English level.
