As a Fulfillment and Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products from the point of origin to the end consumer. This position involves managing various aspects of the supply chain, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination. You will collaborate with different teams to optimize logistics processes and contribute to the overall success of the company’s operations.
Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Processing
Receives and processes inbound and pullout requests by the brands.
Coordinates inbound and pullout schedules with the warehouse.
Validates and monitors the completion of inbound and pullout activities.
Order Processing
Receives and processes customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Verifies inventory availability and coordinates with the warehouse team to fulfill orders.
Ensures orders meet quality standards before shipping.
Ensures orders meet marketplace Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Inventory Management
Monitors and manages inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocks.
Conducts regular stock counts and reconciles discrepancies.
Implements inventory control measures to minimize losses and improve accuracy.
Logistics Coordination
Collaborates with internal teams to optimize transportation and logistics processes.
Communicates with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
Resolves any issues related to shipments, delays, or damages.
Quality Control
Implements and maintains quality control measures for products during the fulfillment process.
Conducts regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Data Management
Utilizes relevant software systems for order tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
Generates and analyzes reports to identify areas for process improvement.
Customer Service
Addresses customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and returns.
Collaborates with the customer service team to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Qualifications
College diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
1 to 2 years of proven experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using relevant software and systems for order processing and inventory management.
Proficient in using Google Sheets and other Google Suite products.
