Technician

This role will support and assist the Engineer to carry out product transfer from other manufacturing sites to Philippines.

What you will do

• Line preparation/setup for new product transfer
• Perform IQ, OQ and PQ for machine or equipment
• Updating of work instruction
• Provide training to production trainers
• Carry out Initial Production lot (IPL) build to qualify the transfer of the product
• Perform diagnosis / troubleshooting on test failure from the IPL build
• To set laser programs for marking on the housing
• To assist in diagnose / troubleshooting for production test failure or other quality issue related to material, process and workmanship
  
  

What you bring

Experience

• At least Vocational/Technical Graduate
• With at least1-2 years working experience in the same field
  
  

Personal competencies

• Knowledgeable in machines and equipment
• Good communication
• Process Control/ Validation
• Failure analysis methodology
