Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will support quality operations and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect all incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
Conduct in-line inspections from ingredient preparation to finished products.
Perform finished product analysis and laboratory testing.
Conduct audits across all production areas.
Prepare detailed reports for assigned tasks.
Conduct batch testing before material usage in production.
Assist in supervising Main and Toll Manufacturing plants.
Review reports and collaborate with QA and other departments to resolve work-related issues.
Coordinate and supervise QA activities for in-process verification and product validation.
Approve the release of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods for distribution.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Advanced knowledge of baking and food science technology.
Proficient in microbial and laboratory analysis.
Experience with audits (ISO, SGS) is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Willing to be assigned to LIIP, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna.
