We are seeking for Production Coordinator. This role provides administrative support to the Production Supervisor to maximize efficiency and output, ensuring all activities strictly adhere to compliance standards, including GMP, FSQMS, Halal (HAS), and EHS programs.

This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the office, 5 days per week and 100% office based Biñan City in Laguna, Philippines office.

What you will do:

• Operational Support: Assists with production scheduling, data entry, report generation, and monitoring inventory.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensures daily operations comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety (FSQMS), Halal Assurance (HAS), and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Administrative & Documentation: Manages production records, updates files, and maintains documentation for audits and traceability.
• Performance Optimization: Helps track performance metrics to improve productivity, reduce waste, and troubleshoot operational issues.
  
  

What you will bring:

• Bachelors degree in any course or Industrial Technology or Information Technology will be preferred.
• Has previous planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, FSSC and Production Management Systems
• Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
• Ability to process and organize paperwork, data entry, and related functions.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Other competencies required: analytical thinking, good interpersonal skills, strong work ethics and values, and a team player.
