Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing multiple data sources to support business decision-making, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy. This role focuses on developing and maintaining dashboards, troubleshooting data visualization tools, and providing actionable insights to end-users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze new and existing data sources to improve dashboard design, enhance performance efficiency, and prevent logical or data integrity issues.
• Design, develop, maintain, and support interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Create, document, and maintain data dictionaries, ensuring standardized and easily understood definitions across the organization.
• Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain Tableau products, including Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Tableau by providing user training, resolving issues, and recommending system and process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with end-users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reporting requirements into effective data solutions.
• Conduct data validation, testing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data sources and visualization outputs.
• Propose, design, and implement enhancements to the data warehouse structure to support evolving business requirements while maintaining data integrity.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative project environments.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Willing to be assigned in LIIP, Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna.
