Business planner

Job Description

• Managing or completing end to end supply planning based on a number of indicators (sales forecast, orders, production data).
• Analyzing, controlling and reporting on relevant KPI, detecting plan deviations, and deriving effective corrective actions
• Developing supplier forecasts and determine logistical processes with suppliers. Analyzing order plans and critical timelines, and double-checking of available materials, parts or products in stock.
• Executing load balancing calculations, and cooperating with other plants for respectively optimized plans.
• Planning of monthly or weekly production program for the assigned packages, materials and plant(s).
• Calculating and deploying short-term (day-to-day) and long term (52 weeks) production plans for assigned production resources.
• Analyzing material and capacity requirement to support the production/build plan. Investigating and resolving potential issues of supply plan in a timely manner.
• Order fulfillment in coordination with factories, Marketing, CS and Sales
