Audit Supervisor

The Audit Supervisor leads and manages audit activities to ensure effective risk management, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role involves analyzing data, supervising audit planning, identifying process improvements, and coordinating with departments to implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain audit analytics to support risk assessment and audit planning.
• Analyze large datasets to detect trends, anomalies, inefficiencies, or control weaknesses.
• Supervise the planning and preparation of system processes and development reviews.
• Prepare process maps to document understanding and identify high-risk areas for improvement.
• Develop actionable recommendations and coordinate their implementation with relevant departments.
• Prepare audit reports and secure departmental commitment on action plans.
• Monitor and assess the progress of implemented recommendations.
• Perform additional audit-related tasks as assigned, commensurate with authority and resources.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or other finance-related fields.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications preferred but not required.
• Preferably with knowledge and good understanding on ISO, Foods Safety, cGMP, HACCP and HALAL assurance.
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience, preferably in external audit firms or manufacturing companies.
• Preferably with experience in System Audit
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
