Financial Record Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  
  

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
  
  

• Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures.
• Provide variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures.
  
  

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
  
  

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor cash flow and bank transactions.
  
  

• Collaborate with other departments on financial matters.
• Provide financial advice to management when needed.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Maximum 3–5 years of solid accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
