Your Job Description Will Include

• Administrative support to the lead physiotherapist.
• Recording attendance and absenteeism, managing the attendance system.
• Planning weekly and weekend operations, creating schedules.
• Assisting with the day to day running of the agenda.
• Ensuring the BTK course, communication with the technical department.
• Coordination of onboarding processes with the HR department.
• Cooperation in setting up system changes.
• Assisting in the coordination of student internships/internships.
• Communicating with the entire team of therapists.
  
  

What We Require From You

• HIGH SCHOOL/UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE
• Study/education in health care is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, data processing experience an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Diligence, independence.
