Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with a strong background in non-IT hiring, particularly in manufacturing and construction sectors. The role involves end-to-end recruitment along with team handling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across manufacturing and construction sectors
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Handle offer negotiation and onboarding processes
• Lead and mentor a small recruitment team
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring targets
  
  

• Strong experience in non-IT recruitment (manufacturing/construction preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Team handling / leadership experience
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  
  

• Must be based in Bangalore (local candidates preferred)
• Should be available for immediate joining or within 15–20 days
