About The Role
Due to continued growth and strong demand, Eureka 4WD & Truck Training is seeking experienced truck drivers who hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) to join our highly regarded training team.
This role is ideal for professionals who have significant on-road experience with HR, HC or MC vehicles and are passionate about passing on their knowledge and experience to the next generation of truck drivers.
Reporting to the Training Delivery Lead, you will deliver high‑quality training and assessment programs, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support positive learner outcomes across a range of heavy vehicle courses.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
Current HR (Heavy Rigid) manual licence or higher (minimum of 3 years in WA).
Extensive training experience, ideally in truck training.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with learners of all ages and backgrounds.
A customer‑focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
High standards of professionalism, reliability and punctuality.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills And Experiences
HC (Heavy Combination) and/or MC (Multi Combination) licence.
Department of Transport accreditation as a Qualified Instructor & Assessor (e.g. Blue Book).
