• Handles daily operation from order receiving, track & trace, till POD signed
  
  
  

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

• Coordination with Customer, Carrier, End Receiver and relevant internal colleagues
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
• Billing and payment collection
• Trouble shooting and Emergency Response
• KPI Reporting and analysis
• Assists to Manage and develop carriers to ensure service and quality
• Attendance of review meeting with both customers and carriers

Job Requirements 任职资格

Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验

• At least 5 year hands on experience on transportation operation or related
• Fair understanding of laws and regulations, China transportation infrastructure and China transportation market
• A bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred

• Good MS office in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
