Primary School English ESL Teacher

We are looking for a Primary School English ESL Teacher for a K12 school in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year starting in August 2026.

About The School

It is a private boarding school offering A-level and AP curriculums. There are about 2300 students with ages ranging from 2 years to 18 years. It is a K-12 educational system which includes Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School, Senior High School (Cambridge Center and AP Center) and the Chinese Center.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of English ESL to Primary school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the schools curriculum
• Assess and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
  
  

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills
  
  

• Monthly salary of 21,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
