Job Description
We are looking for a Physics Teacher for an international school based in Beijing. This position is available for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic year in August 2026.

About The Role
As a Physics Teacher, you introduce students to core physics concepts through hands-on experiments, inquiry, and real-world problem solving. You make topics like forces, motion, energy, and simple machines clear and engaging, while building strong habits in measurement, lab safety, and scientific communication. Youll also collaborate with colleagues to align units, support interdisciplinary projects, and contribute to student showcases throughout the year.
- Teach Grade 5/6 physics concepts
- Plan engaging, safe, hands-on investigations and demos
- Build students skills in measurement, data analysis, and explaining scientific ideas
- Collaborate on curriculum alignment, interdisciplinary projects, and school events
- Bachelors degree in your subject area
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in a bilingual setting preferred
- At least two years as the lead teacher in a classroom
