Assistant Rehab Director

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant, Director of Rehab (PTA) to join our Beaumont, TX Continuing Care Rehab Community.

• Salaried Role - Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week
• Prior Management experience preferred
  
  

As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting. You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a (PTA)
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
• Long Term Care Management experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
