Toyota Motor Philippines is seeking a Vehicle Logistics Professional to join our Vehicle Logistics Department located at Toyota Batangas Vehicle Center, Diversion Road, Balagtas, Batangas City.
As a key member of the Safety and Quality Development Team, the Vehicle Logistics Professional is responsible for supporting the effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Vehicle Logistics operations. This includes auditing the compliance of service providers and dealers with Toyota standards on safety, quality, health, and environmental requirements, as well as leading kaizen or process improvement, and digitalization initiatives across port, yard, vessel, and car carrier operations.
Your role and responsibilities:
Conduct audits of service providers and dealers to ensure compliance with Toyota standards on safety, quality, health, and environmental requirements.
Identify, analyze, and establish kaizen or continuous improvement activities in vehicle logistics operations, including port, yard, vessel, and car carrier operations.
Spearhead process improvement studies and support the application of Toyota Vehicle Delivery standards, lean principles, and digitalization initiatives.
Facilitate working group discussions within Toyota and with logistics service providers to monitor project progress, address issues, and align improvement actions.
Prepare and report project updates, results, and implemented kaizen or continuous improvement activities to Management and the Toyota Regional Office.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to prevent unit damage from production up to delivery to customers.
Coordinate with internal departments, dealers, and logistics service providers to ensure timely execution of improvement plans and compliance requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of audit findings, improvement activities, quality control measures, and project results.
Capable of preparing feasibility studies and presenting project merits, recommendations, and expected benefits to Management.

Skills required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Knowledgeable in Power BI tools for data visualization, monitoring, and reporting.
Has basic knowledge of SAP and ERP systems to support operational monitoring, reporting, and process-related activities.
Has background in safety principles, Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (OSHMS), and related compliance requirements.
With relevant safety training and certifications, such as Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), and Safety Officer II certification, is an advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented
Equipped with basic project management and data analysis skills to support process improvement and project implementation activities.
Able to coordinate effectively with a diverse range of personalities, teams, and stakeholder groups.
