Job Description

Account Management & Customer Growth

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of regional customer accounts.
  • Develop account strategies and business plans to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews across multiple markets.
  • Support commercial negotiations and pricing discussions with customers.
  • Ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region.
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies.
  • Convert leads, prospects, and customer engagements into sustainable business.
  • Expand the company's footprint within existing and new markets.

Regional Market Management

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Gather and share market intelligence with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, business plans, and performance updates.
  • Maintain disciplined documentation and reporting of customer interactions and opportunities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with global headquarters and regional teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial, technical, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Represent the organization professionally in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Industry Representation

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events across Asia.
  • Promote the company's solutions and capabilities to customers and industry stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful ASIA Sales Manager Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
  • Strong track record in revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Experience in multinational, manufacturing, FMCG, or other B2B industries.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and commercially focused.
  • Regional exposure within Asia is highly preferred.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to win new business.
  • Confident relationship builder and customer-facing professional.
  • Comfortable working across different cultures and markets.
  • Adaptable, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Looking for long-term career growth within an international organization.
