Job Description

Job Requirements:

Familiarity with quality standards and processes to follow federal, state and local regulations.
Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings and status reports.
Knowledge of the product to perform accurate quality control and relevant quality standards and regulations.
Experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems & DCC.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure subordinates carry out QC activities as per established procedures.
Ensure inspection plans & method as specified in inspection checklist are carried out accordingly.
Monitor quality trends & make improvements plan for implementations.
Liaise with internal related personnel & customer on all quality issue.
Organize, upgrading and motivate team towards quality objective.
Participate in new project, high failure rate in line & experimentation and evaluation when needed to improve product quality.
