Purchasing Executive Assistant Manager Philippines

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Executive / Assistant Manager to join our manufacturing operations in the Philippines. You will be responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier coordination, material planning support, and ensuring smooth material flow to support production requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, material planning, production planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems and procurement processes is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability and ability to work independently.
• Open to Malaysian candidates willing to work in the Philippines.
  
  
  

• Generate purchase orders based on customer forecast, firm orders and material lead time requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers on purchase order acknowledgement, delivery schedules, and shipment confirmation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth material planning, procurement execution, and supply continuity.
• Update and maintain accurate supplier delivery and receipt transactions in the system on time.
• Manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, teamwork, and smooth production support.
• Support inventory control initiatives to minimize excess stock and avoid material shortages.
